Custom Leather Desk Mats — Your Size, Your Color, Your Name

A desk mat lives at the center of your workspace, so it should fit your desk — and feel like yours. Lupinny desk mats are handmade from full-grain leather in 23 colors, in sizes from a compact 12″ × 24″ to an oversized 30″ × 40″ executive pad, and every one of them can be personalized with laser engraving or hot stamping.

Most customers choose 17″ × 35″ or 18.9″ × 35.8″ for full desk coverage and a comfortable workspace layout. Here's the full range:

Laser Engraving — Text / Design (+$6)

Laser engraving permanently burns your text or artwork into the leather surface, in black. Add names, initials, dates or short messages — no strict character limit — or pick one of our 30 ready-made monogram designs (script names, split monograms, wreaths, crowns and more) and tell us the name to apply in that style.

Laser Engraving — Logo / Custom Design (+$12)

Your logo, handwriting, or custom artwork, prepared from the file you provide. Send it (PNG, JPG, or PDF) after ordering — we review every file and confirm the final details with you before production.

Hot Stamping (+$6)

The classic, old-world finish: heated brass type pressed into the leather with foil. Choose from 6 finishes — Gold, Silver, Black, Red, Orange, or Blind (colorless embossing, just the deboss in the leather). Up to 8 uppercase characters in timeless Times New Roman at a fixed, elegant size. Best for initials, short names, or a meaningful date.

Which one should you choose? Hot stamping for classic monogrammed initials with a metallic finish; laser engraving for longer text, detailed designs, or logos.

Company logos & bulk orders

Want your logo hot stamped in foil rather than engraved? That requires a custom brass die (from $50), which makes it ideal for bulk and corporate orders — branded desk mats for the whole office, client gifts, event merchandise. Contact us for a wholesale quote.

What can I have engraved on a leather desk mat?

Yes. Beyond standard sizes and personalization, our workshop takes bespoke requests — different shapes, edges, layouts, or products we don't stock yet. Contact us with your idea for a quote.

Can you engrave my company logo?

Personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable. For logo and custom-artwork orders, we review your file and confirm the details with you before production.

How long does a personalized order take?

Each piece is made to order in our workshop, and production time can vary by product and order volume. Personalization typically adds little to no extra time since it's part of our crafting process. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

At LupinnyLeather we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.  

Please note: The best way to guarantee a refund is to keep your item in like-new and sellable condition.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no fees to start a return process. However original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges on orders which we shipped using free shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As LupinnyLeather, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We are aware of the fact that we have almost 7/24 leather goods in your hand and are in constant movement in your pocket or bag. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your LupinnyLeather products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.

We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, LupinnyLeather  will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.
