The Porte is available in two sizes — choose based on your laptop:

• 13–14 inch Laptops: 28 × 36 × 12 cm — fits 13" and 14" MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and similar notebooks.
• 16–17 inch Laptops: 31 × 39 × 14 cm — fits 16" and 17" MacBook Pro and similar notebooks.

Personalization

• Laser Engraving — Text / Design (+$6): Names, initials, dates, or short messages, permanently engraved in black — or choose one of our 30 ready-made monogram designs (script names, split monograms, wreaths, crowns, and more) and tell us the name to apply in that style.
• Laser Engraving — Logo / Custom Design (+$12): Your logo, handwriting, or custom artwork, engraved exactly as provided. Email your file (PNG, JPG, or PDF) after ordering, and we will review it and confirm every detail with you before production.
• Hot Stamping (+$6): The classic old-world finish — heated brass type pressed into the leather with foil. Choose from 6 finishes: Gold, Silver, Black, Red, Orange, or Blind (colorless embossing). Up to 8 uppercase characters in timeless Times New Roman.

Which one should you choose? Hot stamping for classic monogrammed initials with a metallic finish; laser engraving for longer text, detailed designs, or logos.

Company logos & bulk orders: Prefer your logo hot stamped in foil? That requires a custom brass die (from $50), which makes it ideal for corporate gifts and bulk orders — contact us for a quote.

Personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable. Please check all names, initials, dates, and other personalization details before placing your order. For logo and custom-artwork orders, we confirm everything with you before production. The final appearance may vary slightly depending on the natural grain and color of the leather.

Leather Care

Full-grain leather ages beautifully with use, developing a deeper color and character over time. To keep your briefcase at its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct heat, and excessive moisture.

When cleaning is needed, wipe the leather gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally. Do not soak the bag, expose it to direct heat, or use alcohol, solvents, or harsh cleaning products. The leather may feel firm when new; with regular use, it will gradually soften and develop a richer patina.

We provide fast worldwide shipping with tracking. The following are estimated transit times after your order has been prepared and dispatched:

• USA & Canada: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 1–2 business days
• Rest of the world: 3–5 business days

Personalized orders may require additional preparation time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions.

30-Day Returns for Eligible Items: Non-personalized products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Personalized and custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

12-Month Warranty: This product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the original purchase date.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

At LupinnyLeather we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.  

Please note: The best way to guarantee a refund is to keep your item in like-new and sellable condition.

What items are returnable? 

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment In unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

Sale items, Free gifts, promotional items and customized items.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no fees to start a return process. However original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges on orders which we shipped using free shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As LupinnyLeather, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We are aware of the fact that we have almost 7/24 leather goods in your hand and are in constant movement in your pocket or bag. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your LupinnyLeather products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.

To report a warranty defect, please email our customer service department at support@lupinnyleather.com ; so that we can determine what has happened and give you a suitable solution.

We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Due to the current legislation, express shipping cannot be use to private addresses within the Russian Federation, only normal shipping is possible. 

It can be shipped only company addresses to by express shipping.

Notice: For Russian Federation, the shipping time of individual persons (without a company address) takes between 3-14 days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND DUTIES*

Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient for purchases. For further support, please contact our customer service.

In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, LupinnyLeather  will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.

We will endeavour to deliver your shipment within the specified delivery time, but in some or few cases there may be unexpected delays caused by the transport service provider or government agencies over which we have no control. For further support, please contact our customer service.

PRICING

LupinnyLeather offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $15.90 to most countries. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.
