If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or exchange for another one. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
What items are returnable?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lupinnyleather.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@lupinnyleather.com. Must be in the original packaging. Please note items that are on Sale, Final Sale, Customized ( monogrammed, added wristlet, laser engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange.
