Leather Care

Full grain leather is durable but not waterproof. Avoid soaking, prolonged moisture, alcohol, solvents, harsh cleaners, and direct heat. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally. With use, the leather will soften and develop patina.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As LupinnyLeather, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials!
