Apple Watch and Fitbit have different connector-color choices. Choose hardware color separately from the leather color.

• Laser Engraving — Logo / Custom: Add a logo, handwriting, or custom artwork. After ordering, email the PNG, JPG, or PDF file with your order number to support@lupinnyleather.com. Lupinny reviews the artwork and confirms it before production.
• Hot Stamping: Classic foil embossing with a maximum of 8 uppercase characters in Times New Roman at the standard fixed size. Choose Gold, Orange, Red, Silver, Black, or Blind Embossing without foil color.

Optional placement instructions and additional notes are accepted. Personalized pieces are made to order and non-refundable. Logo hot stamping requires a custom metal die and is available by quote for bulk orders.

Choose by case size and series: 38/40/41 mm for Series 1–9 and SE, 42/44/45/49 mm for Series 1–9, SE, and Ultra, or the separate 42 mm and 46 mm options for Series 10 and 11. A 42 mm Series 10 or 11 needs its own option, not the older 42 mm group.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials!
