Built-In Leather Loop Attachment

• Laser Engraving — Text or Design: Add a name, initials, date, short text, or choose from the available monogram designs. Laser engraving appears in black.
• Laser Engraving — Logo or Custom Artwork: Personalize the charm with a company logo, handwriting, symbol, illustration, or your own artwork.
• Hot Stamping: Add up to 8 uppercase characters in Times New Roman using Gold, Orange, Red, Silver, Black, or Blind. The Blind option presses the text into the leather without foil for a subtle tone-on-tone finish.

Leather Care

Wipe the bag charm gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Allow it to air-dry naturally and avoid soaking the leather or exposing it to direct heat, alcohol, solvents, or harsh cleaning products.

Natural leather may gradually soften and develop subtle changes in tone with use. This is part of the leather’s natural aging process.

30-Day Returns for Eligible Items: Eligible unused, standard, non-personalized products may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy. Personalized, customized, sale, and promotional products may be excluded from returns.

12-Month Warranty: This product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the original purchase date.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

At LupinnyLeather we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.  

Please note: The best way to guarantee a refund is to keep your item in like-new and sellable condition.

What items are returnable? 

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment In unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no fees to start a return process. However original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charges on orders which we shipped using free shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return. And follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As LupinnyLeather, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We are aware of the fact that we have almost 7/24 leather goods in your hand and are in constant movement in your pocket or bag. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your LupinnyLeather products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.

We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Due to the current legislation, express shipping cannot be use to private addresses within the Russian Federation, only normal shipping is possible. 

It can be shipped only company addresses to by express shipping.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND DUTIES*

In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, LupinnyLeather  will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.

PRICING

LupinnyLeather offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $15.90 to most countries. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.
