Custom logos and detailed designs are applied using laser engraving. We will contact you if any additional information is required before production.

The final appearance may vary slightly depending on the natural grain and color of the leather. Please check all names, initials, dates, and other personalization details before placing your order. Personalized and custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We provide fast worldwide shipping. The following are estimated transit times after your order has been prepared and dispatched:

Non-personalized products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Personalized and custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your LupinnyLeather item, simply send it back to us within 30 (thirty) days. This decision is entirely up to you and the exact reason does not affect our return policy.

At LupinnyLeather we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges with our products. Please understand that we cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" items. All items that our customers wish to return or exchange must be in their original condition. We cannot return or exchange items that have been worn down or altered in any way.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

WARRANTY POLICY

LupinnyLeather warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Even if consumer protection laws or regulations are different in the countries in which you reside, the benefits provided by the LupinnyLeather Warranty apply in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection.

As LupinnyLeather, we do our best to make products that you can use for a long time. We are aware of the fact that we have almost 7/24 leather goods in your hand and are in constant movement in your pocket or bag. We know that our products have to endure these everyday situations and so we only use the best of the best available materials! We recommend that you pay special attention to your LupinnyLeather products. How to use the same pair of shoes every day, wear them out faster; Please do not ignore the same condition for these products. So be aware that they may have little care and cleaning needs to show them some love.

We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

LupinnyLeather offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $15.90 to most countries. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.
